Shipping policy
Shipments will be made through a courier company external to Winding Moonlight, which undertakes to deliver to the address provided by the customer.
Processing Time Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and Hong Kong public holidays).
Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates We use reliable carriers with full tracking and insurance:
- Asia (Singapore, Malaysia, Korea, etc.): 1–5 business days

Shipping Rates Calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination. Free shipping on orders over HK$1000
Customs, Duties & Taxes We ship DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). Import duties, VAT/GST, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are payable upon delivery. We cannot predict or control exact fees – please check your local regulations before ordering. DDP (pre-paid duties) available on request for select countries – contact us for a quote.
Tracking & Insurance Every order includes full tracking and insurance coverage for loss or damage. You will receive a tracking number via email once shipped.
Undeliverable / Returned Packages If a package is returned due to incorrect address, refusal, or unpaid duties, we will refund the product value minus actual return shipping costs.
